When I lived in Toronto, one of y favorite restaurants was a Vietnamese place that had THE BEST lemongrass chicken. I had it with vermicelli and it was so goddamned good. I have not been able to find anything like it since. Which has been the case for many “ethnic” foods I loved so much in Toronto. Honestly I wish I could pick up the weather here and move it there and my life could be perfect.
