Somehow, the meaning of the word ‘literally’ has changed to LITERALLY the opposite of what it used to mean. I suppose it can still mean both, but it seems that it is used far more frequently to mean ‘figuratively’ than its original usage. This is, quite frankly, INFURIATING, but I am trying to be open to it so as to not be SUCH a curmudgeonly old lady. But seriously. Come ON. These are most definitely NOT literally lollipops.
