A piece in the OBYG (Orange Blue Yellow Green) line. That acronym is very reminiscent of the abbreviation for a lady doctor, and this vase is vaguely vaginal, so it fits. The vaguely vaginal vase. VVV. Like many vaginas, it’s small but it is powerful. Unlike any vaginas, I can recommend that you put flowers or pencils in it.

About the process:
Handmade kiln-formed glass is an art and science that produces truly one of a kind pieces. Sheet glass, ground glass, powdered glass, metals, paints and enamels are formed together using myriad techniques and then fired up to 1500f for many hours -- often multiple times -- to achieve the beautiful, sometimes geometric and sometimes organic forms that are never *quite* perfect. Bubbles, soft lines, and uneven edges are often natural features of kiln-formed glass.
