When I lived in Toronto, one of my favorite restaurants was a Vietnamese place that had THE BEST lemongrass chicken. I had it with vermicelli and it was so goddamned good. I have not been able to find anything like it since. Which has been the case for many “ethnic” foods I loved so much in Toronto. Honestly I wish I could pick up the weather here and move it there and my life could be perfect.

About the process:
Handmade kiln-formed glass is an art and science that produces truly one of a kind pieces. Sheet glass, ground glass, powdered glass, metals, paints and enamels are formed together using myriad techniques and then fired up to 1500f for many hours -- often multiple times -- to achieve the beautiful, sometimes geometric and sometimes organic forms that are never *quite* perfect. Bubbles, soft lines, and uneven edges are often natural features of kiln-formed glass.
