Matte polished sandblasted finish on opaque black, grey, orange and teal mixed with transparent orange and teal glass in geo-organic stripes. I just made up that word. Geo-organic. Georganic. Wait, no, that sounds like “George-anic”. As in, George-ish or George-esque. This thing is nothing like George.

About the process:
Handmade kiln-formed glass is an art and science that produces truly one of a kind pieces. Sheet glass, ground glass, powdered glass, metals, paints and enamels are formed together using myriad techniques and then fired up to 1500f for many hours -- often multiple times -- to achieve the beautiful, sometimes geometric and sometimes organic forms that are never *quite* perfect. Bubbles, soft lines, and uneven edges are often natural features of kiln-formed glass.
